General Information

A legally binding contract is established once the non-refundable deposit is paid. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with YESCA’S FLOWERS for wedding floral design services. Please read carefully before signing or agreeing to the contract. By proceeding with the booking, you agree to these terms.

Payment Schedule

  1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your wedding date. This deposit will be deducted from your final wedding bill. After sending the proposal we reserve the date for you for 5 days. If no correspondence within that timeframe, the date will be opened up again for anyone to book.

  2. For bookings more than 7 months before the wedding date:

    • First payment: Due 7 months before the wedding date. This payment includes the non-refundable deposit.

    • Final payment: Due 1 month before the wedding date.

  3. For bookings made within 7 months of the wedding date:

    • Payments will be split into two instalments: 50% of the total cost (including the non-refundable deposit) is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 1 month before the wedding date.

  4. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, Revolut, or Credit Card. Please note that a 5% administrative fee applies to credit card payments.

  5. Late Payments: Payments received after the due dates are subject to a late fee of €125. YESCA’S FLOWERS reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not made in full by the specified deadlines. The cancellation policy will apply in such cases.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations must be made in writing by the bride or groom. Upon cancellation, any fees due will be invoiced and must be paid within 14 days. Until cancellation is confirmed in writing and all fees are paid, the contract remains valid.

  2. Refund Terms:

    • More than 6 months before the wedding date:

      • Deposit is forfeited.

      • No additional payments required.

    • Within 6 months but more than 90 days before the wedding date:

      • Deposit is forfeited.

      • 50% of the first payment will be refunded.

    • Between 90 and 30 days before the wedding date:

      • Deposit is forfeited.

      • The first payment is forfeited.

    • Less than 30 days before the wedding date:

      • Full balance is payable, with no refunds issued.

  3. Rescheduling:

    • If you choose to reschedule your wedding, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

    • A new deposit will be required to secure the new date.


Consultations and Alterations

  1. Consultations are by appointment only.

  2. Changes to your wedding order must be submitted in writing by the bride, groom, or appointed acting party. Changes are limited to a maximum of 10% of the original booking total unless otherwise agreed.

  3. Alterations can only be made up to 14 days before the wedding date and must be substituted with items of equal value unless a prior agreement was in place.

Fresh Flower Availability

  • While every effort is made to source specific flowers, availability may vary due to seasonal or quality constraints. YESCA’S FLOWERS reserves the right to substitute unavailable flowers with comparable alternatives of equal value.

Crockery and Vessels

All flower arrangements, crockery, and vessels remain the property of YESCA’S FLOWERS and will be collected on the wedding day or the following day unless otherwise arranged.

Marketing Consent

Photos of decorated venues and the bridal party may be used for YESCA’S FLOWERS’ marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing as per contract.

Liability

  1. YESCA’S FLOWERS is not responsible for any damages or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather, supplier disruptions, or force majeure events.

  2. YESCA’S FLOWERS’ liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
